On the day we first met; Michael (always the executive coach) intervened with me and changed my life. He asked me when I wanted this networking group to meet. My response – “at lunch”, he asked if I “wanted a successful group quickly.” I let him know my choice was to move quickly to success! His advice – have the group met at 7 am to attract business professionals who may wish not to interrupt their workday. My reaction, with much concern: “I am not a morning person.” Without hesitation, he inspired me with his coaching; I could choose to be a morning person, all it would take was to tell myself that “getting up early in the morning is ‘easy and effortless.’” Guess what; Michael was right!
