This is the story of a wise and industrious man that lives in a magical city next to a big red bridge. His name is Michael Whatmore, and he has lived the American dream, Canadian style! By the age of 17, against all odds, Michael acquired his first house. It wasn’t easy, but throughout the next couple of decades, Michael ascended the ranks of numerous corporations. He took pride in weaving together cohesive and successful businesses across all different sectors. When the journey called for it, he would summon other experts and business specialists to contribute their own wisdom as needed.
Inspired by those who helped him along the way, Michael decided to use his experience to help people get ahead of the competition just like his peers did for him. After sharing his wisdom at countless seminars, and devoting thousands of hours to coaching employees, Michael was ready to take things to the next level. At the beginning of the new millennium, he unveiled his new company: Executive Coaching San Francisco (ECSF). His passion for guiding corporate leaders towards discovery, and rediscovering their love for their businesses, is the beacon that illuminates the splendid kingdom of business services consultants that he has tirelessly built.

Studies Show That DISC Assessments Matter
Numerous studies have been conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of DISC assessments. When examining behaviors, motivators, acumen, or proficiency, a recent review found no evidence of bias in any DiSC assessments that could negatively impact gender, race, or disability status. These subgroups were found to be compliant with U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity regulations and adhered to psychometric guidelines for the population median.
